Celebrate the Summer Solstice with the Beyond Studio team! 🌞 Tap into your Creative Side with an outdoor Acro Yoga session and mingle with kindred spirits during practice. Keep chatting over a coffee or picnic once it's over. 🤸🏻‍♀️ AcroYoga is a wonderful outlet for creativity and self-expression. Move outside the box, foster your self-confidence, and improvise a mini flow in pairs! Fall, laugh, and try again. Enjoy the sun and the greenery. You can join 2 bilingual practices (instructions will be given in English & Italian) At Parco Solari, with: • Giulia - 10:30 - 11:30 (+ coffee, and then picnic if you wish!) • Carrie - 11:45 - 12:45 (+ picnic) If you join the earlier classes, you can stay for picnic and enjoy the sun at the park until classes are over, or join us back later if you want to go home before the picnic! We bring the mats, come as you are. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class start. 🧡 🧺 We will take-away coffee nearby in the morning. ☕️ For lunch, we will bring some nibbles & drinks but you can bring home-cooked food to enjoy ​/​ share, or get a delicious piadina at "Una Volta una Piada" next to the park.
