Guided by a chef, you will enter a professional kitchen to prepare pizza from scratch: you will work the dough, understand its structure and timing, and shape your pizza choosing selected ingredients. Simultaneously, you will discover the world of Italian gelato, distinguishing between creams and sorbets and understanding what makes each preparation unique.

During the experience, you will also make "on-the-go" breadsticks, perfect to take with you through the streets of Milan. At the end, you will sit down to enjoy the freshly baked pizza along with the prepared gelato, accompanied by a glass of wine. A moment that combines tradition, taste, and lightness.
