Together with the chef, you will enter the Via Fauché market, one of the liveliest in Milan. You will stroll among stalls full of fresh produce, taste local specialties, and personally select the ingredients for your lesson. It's not just shopping: it's a concrete experience, made of choice, seasonality, and quality, which defines everything that follows.
Afterward, you will move to a professional kitchen where you will begin to work on some great classics of Italian cuisine. You will prepare handmade fresh pasta, a pesto or sauce based on the chosen ingredients, and tiramisu. You will be involved in every phase, from preparation to plating, up to the final moment: sitting at the table and enjoying what you have created, accompanied by a glass of wine.
