Led by Niccolò and Francesca, you will enter the heart of tradition by preparing two types of fresh pasta, working the dough with your hands and shaping fettuccine, tagliatelle, or ravioli. Afterward, you will make sauces and a traditional dessert, accompanying each stage with selected wines. The pace is that of a lived-in kitchen: you prepare, you taste, you share.
During the experience, cooking becomes more than just a recipe. It's a way of being together, made of handed-down gestures and small rituals that make every step meaningful.
