Guided by Alessandro step by step, you'll delve into the art of making pizza, starting with the dough. You'll work the flour, feel its consistency, and learn to manage timing and movements until the pizza is stretched and baked. Around you, time expands: you cook, you taste, you share.
During the evening, the kitchen changes its meaning. It is no longer just a functional place, but becomes a space where tradition is handed down and conviviality takes shape.
