Among millstones, the scent of wheat, and flour dust suspended in the air, the experience begins with the raw material. The mill tells a story made of repeated gestures and knowledge preserved over time.
After the visit, you will enter the kitchen with the chef. You will start with the freshly discovered flour to work the dough, understand its structure, and guide it through to pizza preparation. Each phase connects to the previous one, making the process continuous and coherent.
During the experience, your perspective on ingredients will change: what was once invisible becomes central, restoring value to every step.
