In the heart of Trastevere, this private cooking class welcomes you to an authentic Roman home restaurant where cuisine, hospitality, and family traditions meet in an intimate and convivial atmosphere. Far from the most touristy routes, you will experience an experience dedicated to Roman cuisine made of authentic gestures, handed-down recipes, and Italian conviviality.
Guided step by step, you will prepare three types of handmade fresh pasta, including fettuccine, ravioli, and orecchiette, along with traditional sauces made with fresh and seasonal ingredients. During the workshop, you will also learn how to prepare tiramisù according to a family recipe, and then share a complete dinner with appetizers, wine, and desserts with your hosts.
