Guided by Laura, a certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher, you will explore the basics of the practice through fluid movements, conscious breathing and sequences adapted to your level. During the lesson, you will build a personalized practice designed to improve balance, presence and body awareness in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
