Led by the chefs at Rimessa Lab, a space dedicated to food and wine culture, you will take part in a cooking class dedicated to the great classics of Roman cuisine. During the experience, you will prepare an appetizer with burrata, handmade fresh pasta, carbonara, and tiramisu, accompanying each dish with a guided tasting of four wines selected by a professional sommelier.
